Title: [Solved]: users can't see albums

I have read the document ,but i disn't found how to solve this.

I have set the permissions on al the albums to be visible to everyone, but when i get to user mode i can't see the albums except the personal one. How can i make the others show up ?

Never leave admin mode if you have no idea what the "user mode"/"admin mode" toggle is meant to be used for. For details, post details: posting a link to your gallery is almost mandatory in each thread, especially in your case.

i apologize for the double topic, it was a mistake due to an error i got during the post summiting. Also, i'm running the gallery on my pc, because i want to know first if the site i want can be made with this gallery, then i'll buy the domain.

I did not understand what you ment by don't leave the admin mode. However, i also created a test user and tried to upload a file. After it was uploaded, the only place i could put them in was the private albums. SO how can i set it so the rest of the albums from all the categories i created to be visible for normal users ? (considering that i already set permission for the albums in every category to be visible by registered and the registered can upload and have private albums)

i have

cat 1
album1
cat 2
album2
cat 3
album3

personal album

after i upload a file as a normal member, i can only put it in the personal album, i cant see the rest of them

exactly like adicrst, i have the same problem, only i don't have so many albums, only a single album and category..so i guess it's permission

Set upload permissions on the groups page and album properties.

already did that and still the same.

You've hidden the important part of the album properties screenshot. Make sure you have it set to allow uploads there.

yes, now i understand...i though that the group can upoad by default. It works, thank you very much.
