Title: change theme only for last comments

It need to change the subject but alone the part that pertains the last comments facendoli see in this manner: 

First line:  miniature --> comment

second line: miniature --- comment

etc

Someone it helps to change me the subject?

actually my gallery is standard (image2)

I would like (image1) only for page comments
