Hi Guys how r u ?

I just wanna to know how i can do the way that this site do some thing called Site Updates ?
and under it there is Latest Images
Is there a plugin or something that do that ?

The page you refer to isn't coppermine-driven. It's the start page of that domain, the actual gallery is located at http://megryaninfo.com/photos/
The site owner is probably using one of the mods available to display content taken from coppermine on non-coppermine-driven pages (aka "content syndication"). The dev team recommends using cpmFetch for that purpose. Please search the board and read up the corresponding docs and threads.
