i am trying to upload 5 pics at once, but when i do so, it just goes back to the same upload page and doesnt upload them. It only works if I do 1 at a time.

I have checked the properties for the album folder etc.

what else could be wrong?

i tried it using internet explorer and it worked, but havent tried it again yet using firefox. Is it possible that it might work in internet explorer and not in firefox or if it works in one it has to work in the other?

Re-read the section others have refered to. The section "asking for support on upload issues" clearly says what you need to do.
