Title: Fatal error

i downloaded the latest stramm mode, then uploaded it to my gallery, unzipped it, and open the update.php file.. then index.php but it got this message

also..when i wanna see an image, i get this message

Make sure you followed the instructions correctly. You need to replace the Coppermine files with those in the package, including subdirectories. Uploading the modpack files into a new directory is wrong.

yeah thank you jaja.. this is the 2nd time that i install it and i forgot that BIG step.. working perfectly
