sitemap installed and 1120 urls submitted but result is this.

set the meta Description and keyword on your theme=>template.html

When you have a new site that won't be indexed after a few months, check to see if someone else had the site before. They might have done things that violated the webmaster guidelines.

If you mean site verification.
It says "No other verified owners were found for your site. You are currently the only verified site owner."
