Title: Confused about deleting gallery

I am very sorry. I know this is the wrong place to post, but I don't know where else to do so.

I have Coppermine 1.1 on phpNuke 7.1 - AFAIK - I have not been to my site for sometime.

I am trying to delete the gallery to add a newer version, but cannot delete the user folders on my server. I cannot change the CHMOD and the site is running ultra slow with over 300 pictures needing deleting from the gallery.

I know it's the wrong place, but I've been searching the net to find out what on earth I should do to no avail.

Please do not treat me like a leper but please do point me in the right direction to get some help.

I am rather desperate to solve this issue.

You need to ask your host to set ownership of the files/folders to you so that you can delete it.
