You probably failed to read the instructions carefully. I already advised you what you need to do twice: you have to read the upload troubleshooting section of the docs and do exactly as suggested there. Especially read the section highlighted in red. There is a particular reason why it has been highlighted to stand out: for your ease of use, let me quote it here:
4.11.5 Asking for support on upload issues
When asking for support on the coppermine forum, post a link to your site and a test user account (the test user mustn't be in the admin group!) with upload privileges, with the above mentioned settings in place - this way, supporters can see the error messages as well. Do not post debug_output unless requested. If you want fast results, you should disable admin approval for the group the test user is in, so supporters can tell instantly what is wrong without needing to double-check.
When people have issues with uploading and decide to post their question on the Coppermine support board, they usually are told to read this upload troubleshooting section. Many of them fail to do so properly, which results in frustration both for users as well as supporters. To make this absolutely clear: the above mentioned steps are absolutely mandatory, no matter what skill level you have, no matter what upload method you have troubles with. Failing to do exactly as suggested will result in your request for help being ignored. Yes, this applies to you. We mean it!
See what I mean? The docs clearly say that you need to post a link to your gallery and a non-admin test user account. You failed to do so? What answer do you expect then?

@Phil: thanks for your report.
The internal server error usually is being caused by uploading files that are too huge to be handled using your image library. That's why I suggested doing as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section. I would suggest trying with smaller files and then gradually trying larger files.

Sorry I think you don't understand.
When I upload one file at time, it works.
But when I've to upload a lot of files, that I've upload with the FTP, I go to "Aggiunta Batch" (sorry I don't know the translation) but I can't upload, because I've the error messege!!
So the problem is ONLY when I try to upload images that I've in the album, which was uploaded by FTP.
(I don't know if you understand, I hope so.)

You have issues with files that you're trying to batch-add. Subsequently, you must have FTP-uploaded the files to your server before trying to batch-add them, so they must be accessible using a link. I want you to post this link (that's what we call a "deep link" that points directly into the depth of your folder/file structure). It should look like this: http://www.seriouslygreylovers.com/lost/albums/sub-folder/filename.jpg

That's a link to a folder, not a file. It returns a "403 forbidden error", so we might be on the right track. Post a deep link to one of the files that is suppossed to reside in that folder.

is too large in terms of dimensions. Resize it on your client before uploading.
As suggested before: fix the "403 forbidden" when accessing http://www.seriouslygreylovers.com/gallery/cpg1410/albums/EmmysAwarrd2007/, it could be the culprit for your internal server error. Probably improper hotlink protection using .htaccess.

I don't think the problem is due to an album, or to the images in it, because I have uploaded the image i linked you this morning.
I have however cancelled the album we were talking about for caution.
If i cannot cancel the album within the album category , because after i cancelled it i can't see the images, how can i solve the problem?

There may be one that is invisible for you, or above your webroot. This doesn't mean that it isn't there. Sadly, you have deleted http://www.seriouslygreylovers.com/gallery/cpg1410/albums/EmmysAwarrd2007/ so we can't test this further or ask your webhost the right questions. Stop deleting stuff as long as this thread is not resolved.

If all files that you FTP-uploaded and batch-added exist in your gallery's database, then there is nothing wrong and the internal server error only a cosmetical issue. I sthis the case for you?

Since I've deleted a folder yesterday, in this moment all the folder in the albums exist in my gallery.
But the problem is still there, so.. I don't know by what is caused.
I repet, in this moment there's nothing wrong in my album folders.

The error massage is caused by the time you employ to charge the webpage. The php's timeout is 120 seconds. You have do check yours scripts.

Maybe you're trying to upload a huge folder (so many files) , reducing number of file may help you
first of all try to upload a folder with 10 files within and then put more files until you see the error

You are also using version 1.4.10, you need to upgrade to the latest release. If you follow the upgrade instructions properly you will not loose anything.
You never know, this might fix your problem.

Phil, thanks for trying to help. All of this has already been explained to Izzie in detail - this thread (that already is very long) turns around in a circle. I'm convinced that this is a language issue. I have no idea what to advice, as Izzie is constantly ignoring our suggestions: we tell him to upgrade - he doesn't. We tell him to post deep links and stop deleting files - he doesn't. I'm reluctant to look into this any longer. Izzie appears to be immunce against advice.

Confirming that the page returns an internal server when accessed. I have tried toggling the browsable batch-interface option - no success. I have tried using the classic theme to make sure that this issue is not related to your custom theme - same result.
I only have two recommendations: upload a vanilla copy of searchnew.php, overwriting the one existing on your server. This will happen if you do as suggested and upgrade. If this helps, then fine. Other than that the only advice I can give you is to take it up with your webhost: the initial first screen of searchnew php is a tiny page when the browsable batch-add interface is enabled. It should not time out no matter what. After all, a time-outed page usually looks differently - it just stays blank. An internal server error indicates that something is fishy with the server, so in my opinion you're in a good position to ask your webhost to look into this in detail.

To be sure to not have the same problem again I've open a new gallery but, since I've upload some files, I've the same problem. May be the problem is related to my host. I've ask to italian support because I think it's moresimple to talk.. But I think that, If I can't solve again, I'm going to delete the gallery and... the end. I'm very pissed off.
