Title: Upload Approval page - Approve all files / Delete all files

On the Upload Approval page, could options be added to "Approve all files" and "Delete all files"? This would be a very useful feature because some galleries receive a lot of uploads at one time and it's sometimes tiring to checkmark the "Approve file" box under each new upload. Sometimes there are hundreds of files awaiting approval.

Already done in the code for cpg1.5.x. Marking thread accordingly.
