3. Ability to post ad content in right panes of thumbnail pages, and below and between voting/comment; think google adsense ad content so that hosting is paid for.

This is possible by customizing your theme. Has been asked and answered many times over already. This is not a support board, but the feature requests board, where requests for features in future versions of coppermine are meant to be posted in.
