Title: Add cat + subcat to tags

Is there a mod that automatically adds category names and subcategory names of the upload destination to the uploaded image's tags without interference by the user.

'Is there a mod' is not a feature request.

Feature requests board is for requesting new features.
General support board is for requesting customizations of Coppermine.
