Hi

can someone tell me how to add the keyword of the picture below the thumbnail of the picture in the gallery

you'll have to modify core code (include/functions.inc.php) or write a plugin as there's no premade solution to what you're looking for (afaik)
for a start have a look at the function get_pic_data()
