Title: can't Uplaod ,plz help

i have this problem with all URLs.
PLZ help me

URI uploads are disabled by your webhost. Only your webhost can enable them for you. Nobody else in the world can do this except your webhost. That's why it doesn't make sense to whine here.

If you need more help, do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs. Failing to do so (e.g. replying with unrelated stuff) will result in this thread getting locked.
