Title: image alt,gallery SEO

Hello
is it possible to add the image title as atl also?
example: title of image1 is pictures1,so it it possible for image one to have alt=picture1?(title in alt)

i have another question
i was looking for coppermine SEO and i found this coppermine gallery:
http://www.rainbowseeker.us/gallery

so how can we convert php to .html and give better SEO for coppermine gallery?

php -> html is done by the SEF plugin (experimental)
