Title: won't let me upload images to gallery

Need help in trying to get my gallery to let me ulpoad my pics.  I have the debug code if you need it.

Do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble).
