Title: Need for non-profit weibsite. Vote Calculation script for photo contest :-) HELP

Anyone able to help me? Im not in the least any type of programmer lol..
But - I do own the site http://www.wigglebuttz.com

We are getting ready to kick off our annual boxer photo contest and I really do not want to tally all the votes by hand this year all over again like the last 2 years ;-(

wondering if anyone can help me with a solution? maybe just a real-time vot calculator ? (there will be one small additional third party payment link - the votes all cost money and are sent to paypal shopping cart for payment processing and needs to work with this system)...
