Title: advance category and albums structure
Post by: thapame on March 18, 2007, 09:42:07 am
I was wondering if CPG will implement advance category and albums structure it will rock more than of now.
As reading most of this support forum I feel all have noticed how important this structure is.

The current structure is:

1. Having a Gallery
2. Category
3. Albums [With Thumb IMG if don't have sub category] or [Without Thumb, Text Listing]
   3.1. Sub-Albums [Depending upon Albums].
4. Images or Files

My simple Request is:
Changing the 3rd stuff. and the thing is placing Thumbs on that Album having sub-albums. The Thumbs for the Albums will be the last image upgraded within whole albums.

Coppermine doesn't have sub-albums. You can have categories and sub-categories/albums inside it.

The Thumbs for the Albums will be the last image upgraded within whole albums.
So, this can be applicable for categories such that category image will be last uploaded image from the albums inside that category.
This is currently possible for albums and can be considered for categories as well.
