Title: pic upload issues as admin

I just started using coppermine and I can't upload pics as an admin while the bridge protocol is linked to my forums yet I can if I deactivate it, I was wondering if this is a normal thing or not an if not how I might be able to fix it.

Set upload permissions on the groups page.
