Title: speed of picture changing

I would like to know why and what needs to be done to speed up changing pictures for this has affected the number of views I had in the past.
Recently I changed hosting companies and had paypal added and it fustrates my audience in accessing each picture because of the speed. What can be done to make the flow of going to the next picture quicker?
