I am new copper mine community. Some one told me that google doesnt promote site based on coppermine is that so.

Google indexes coppermine based sites, search and see for yourself.

search engine robots are hungry for text/content ..though Google may be a leader in finding relevance in images its still hard to fine relevance in the image itself, in regards to any given website ..it would be beneficial to connect your gallery to a portal with lots of relevant content or a blog..

you try this here..

and start with the wizard ..there a place along your journey with the wizard to include image relevance (something like that.

You simply don't have enough textual content, so there are only two hits for you (http://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Asplashhall.org%2Fart_gallery). On my personal gallery, Google has indexed 20k+ pages (http://www.google.com/search?q=site%3Aosterburken.net%2Fgalerie)

excuse me? but i was not complaining ..i was reinforcing that coppermine is indexed by Google. I clearing state "search engine robots are hungry for text/content" ..and.. "..it would be beneficial to connect your gallery to a portal with lots of relevant content or a blog"

I was being helpful in regards to the subject of this topic -  isfj said, "..google doesnt promote site based on coppermine.."
