Title: Blank screen during batch upload
Post by: Slunnie on February 04, 2007, 12:14:45 am
I'm hoping somebody can help here.

I've been batch uploading for ages now and using 1.4.10

ftp'd to folder is set to 777 as per usual, though when using the batch uploading process, after I have told it which folder to plant the photos in and clicked the OK button the screen will go to a blank screen and not the uploading screen which undicates the uploading progress. The upload does not occur either.

I have tried renaming everything, I have uploaded replacement photos into a replacement folder, I have tried a new album within Coppemine, I have also tried replacing the searchnew file and these don't work. Interestingly though, I have started a new album and can do an upload of 4 pics and batch added them successfully, though the folder which I am trying to upload with about 130 pics is still persistant in producing this white screen when performing that batch add process and failing to upload.

Hmmm. When Coppermine is used as a frame in my website, the problem appears as a blank page when it shows itself during the batch add process. When Coppermine is started as a new screen by itself, during the same process the following message is given.

It seems that 44 pic files in the folder is ok and the batch upload works, though 130 pics is waay too many for it at the moment. Even if there are only 5 pic files selected for upload, with 130 pic files in the folder it wont work.
