Title: phpbb2 bridge to phpbb22(3) bridge?

Will i be able to update my phpBB 2.0.22 forum to phpBB3, then update the bridge and still keep the same users/galleries.

Yes, but it is not guaranteed to work. Only try if you like experimenting.
