Title: Cannot create write file whhen uploading via http

hi,
When i go to upload using http it comes up with the error msg:
 Error Message
1. http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v78/deltascotsfan/Delta%20Goodrem/Abbamania/Bitmap-20.jpg      Cannot create write file.


I dont know wat is wrong coz all the folders that are ment to be chmod to 777 are

Do exactly as suggested in the upload troubleshooting section of the docs (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble)
