Title: a simple guide to install/incorporate themes

okay, I think I have searched the whole website for docs on this...sorry if I overlooked any thing...

I am looking for a simple "how to" on changing/installing themes for my site. I looked on the documentation site and didn't see anything. Can someone give me a link to instructions on how to do this?
