Title: Cannot upload pictures

I am getting this message when trying to upload pics, can anyone help?

Failed to create directory albums/userpics/10003 !

File: /var/www/vhosts/ktcraftsgallery.com/httpdocs/Coppermine/db_input.php - Line: 229

Please read the sticky (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=24088.msg110684#msg110684) first , it said:

CHECK YOUR PERMISSIONS ON THE /ALBUMS, /ALBUMS/USERPICS, AND /ALBUMS/EDIT DIRECTORIES.  ALL SHOULD BE 777 OR 755
