Hi,
When a user registers I receive notifications by email about registration attempt before user activated his account. Also user database is filling out very quick with inactive users. May be exists decision of this problem on the Captcha manner or something else?
Thank you.

I'm not sure how a captcha would solve your user registration problem unless you think a bot is registering for your gallery. If the registrations are real users that are having difficulty registering, it could be a problem with the verification e-mail.
Are there a lot of AOL users that remain unregistered? How is your hosting...is it shared? I've seen galleries and forums on shared hosting have a lot of problem with unverified registrations because the shared IP address gets listed as a spammer.
So, in short...do you think your problem is bots attempting to register, or do you think your problem is user error / registration e-mail error?

By the way, there is a captcha mod for comments.

eruss, you are right, the problem is bots attempting to register, therefore these don't confirm registration.
Thank you for link regarding captcha mod for comments, however I don't know how to apply that for registration form.

Sorry I wasn't clear.
The captcha mod for comments might be expanded now to include registrations. See the post on 06 November from Hein to Sami:

I have not used this mod, so I can't help with the configuration or setup. Good luck.
