Title: serious problem, losting acces upgrading mambo

i was bridged with mambo ; i upgrade mambo ; and now i can't enter in the gallery ; sometimes yes, but no shows the menu admin...

i want unbridge complete, and recuperate all in new CPG independet.

my question is:

How i can clean the database, quiting all the tables and elements what can be for the bridge...,?
in other words..., how i can recuperate all the images and descriptions?

i think the best solution is install a new CPG, with the albums folder, and put the sql data of only albums, that is correct?
or i forget anything?
