Title: Database problem on Turkish language

Hi
I was working fine.
But I moved to another host then I upload database. On phpmyadmin there is no problem. I'm using latin5_turkisch_ci
Because I need those characters ş ğ ü ç ö İ ı...
When I open my site there is different character like ? 破 .
How can I fix it?
is there a file like on phpbb2 db.php
Because on phpbb2 if you add these to db.php it is fixed.

mysql_query("SET NAMES 'latin5'");
mysql_query("SET CHARACTER SET latin5");
mysql_query("SET COLLATION_CONNECTION = 'latin5_turkish_ci'");

Coppermine supports only UTF-8 (unicode). You should convert your database content to UTF-8. See charsetmgr.php.

Hi,

I've changed collation and character set from mysql.ini file as utf8
I've changed collation and character set of database to utf8_turkish_ci and utf_8,
I've changed collation and character set of all tables to utf8_turkish_ci and utf_8,
I've changed language and character set option from administrative settings page to Unicode (utf-8)
browser language settings is also selected as utf8...

But i am still having problems at turkish characters  like ç , ğ , ş while browsing pages.
This problem occurs at data which retrieved from mysql 4.1. (like categories , album names etc)

Arkadaşlar ben türkçeden başka dil bilmiyorum. Foto galeriyi kurmak istiyorum fakat bir türlü kuramadım. Türkçe olarak kurulumu detaylı anlatabilecek bir arkadaş yokmu. Türkiyede hiçbir forumda bulamadım kurulumu resimli anlatan.

Dosyayı nereden indireceğiz. Chmod ayarları hangi dosyalara yapılacak. Detaylı anlatırsanız sevinirim.
