Title: HELP!!! Tryed to install Copper_ad and now my site is unaccessable!!!

I tried to install copper ad and when I clicked the install button all I get now on my site is:

Critical error
There was an error while processing a database query

 
I do not think I have debugging on but I can not use the admin to turn it on. Is there a file I can manually edit to turn this on??

PLease help my site is destroyed right now.
