Upload include/sql_parse.php to your webserver.

Is this an update question or an install question? Your post is confusing.

All the error says is that that file (include/sql_parse.php ) is missing and you should upload it. However if you wish to update an existing gallery you should not be using install.php. Check the manual on how to update a gallery.

It is part of the Coppermine package you have downloaded. Look in the include directory for it.
