I`m admin on the galerry... how can i put moderators on my galerry?

Coppermine doesn't have moderator capabilities out of the box. Has been requested and discussed before quite often - in the future, please search (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?action=search) before posting.
There are some mods that can add certain moderator capabilities to coppermine:

• Moderators for Album pictures (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=26218.0)
• Moderators for Upload Approval (1.4.x) (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=24456.0)

Apart from those hacks, Coppermine doesn't "know" special moderator privileges.
