Title: a ripper

this site has a lot of images ripped off of da and was dumb enough to leave names in the images...id like to know how to destroy this person. some big names were ripped from and a lot of people are looking to take care of this. my image is on the 2nd page of this gallery: http://www.phreak.za.org/thumbnails.php?album=3 . you can read my journal about it here: http://starfantazy.deviantart.com/journal/9902759/ . any help i could get would be appreciated.

First send a cease and desist letter to the offender and his host. If the host doesn't react then to the abuse department of the hosts upstream provider as well. If that doesn't help you'll have to talk to a lawer.
