Hi, have the following task - i have different pictures, which i uppload to gallery and it maker it's own thumbernails. But i want to replace them with my own, which i made (150*150 cut from original). How can i do it?

difficult... you'd need to respect the aspect. Means if the orig is 800x600 the thumb must be eg. 100x75. If you replace the thumb with your cropped, own thumb it will look distorted.
Currently I know only about one solution to use cropped thumbs. And that's the modpack. It enhances coppermines thumb generation by an 'exact' setting. This will crop all thumbs automatically to eg 150x150 or 90x120. These you can replace with your own, cropped thumbs.
