Title: Changing main page

I would like to make some changes to the main page, What is the name of the main page?
I viewed source while on the main page and when I look at index.php in frontpage it seems to be a different page?
Am I looking at the right page to make changes too?

You can't edit Coppermine like a regular website since the content is dynamically generated. Describe what you want to change.
