Please read the Upload Troubleshooting Section (http://coppermine-gallery.net/demo/cpg14x/docs/index.htm#upload_trouble) of the docs and do exactly as suggested there.

OK, reset as requested.  Now I am ble to click on file folder in batch upload, it goes to the album screen and says no new files. But it seems that some improvement has been made.

thanks,
Paul

and the doc said:

When asking for support on the coppermine forum, post a link to your site and a test user account (the test user mustn't be in the admin group!) with upload privileges, with the above mentioned settings in place - this way, supporters can see the error messages as well. Do not post debug_output unless requested.

You're not suppossed to post a test link, but a link to your site and a test user account. You create a test user account on the users control panel. Read more thoroughly.

Degug has been enabled.  Problem is whenever I go to batch uplaod and click on listed files it says no new files found.
Yes I have been over the doc's till I am cross-eyed. Desparately seeking solution for this. Web host says this is the best program for pics.
