I want to give Powered by Coppermine Photo Gallery a new style. May in wich file is ist? ???

All themes are in their own directory under themes. You'll need to edit the style.css template.html, and theme.php.

If you're going to work on a new theme, might as well upgrade to v 1.4 and then customize the theme. Otherwise, you'll have to update the 1.3 theme to 1.4.
