Title: Fields don't match up after upload

After uploading a single image my custom fields don't match up from what I entered on the upload page to what is seen in the edit file page .  The data entered in the first field on the upload screen ends up stored in the second field and vice-versa, the data in the fourth field appears in the third, and the data in the fourth field disappears.  Any ideas, maybe a problem with upload.php or could it be a database issue?

Probably caused by the IPTC changes you made earlier. Check your code.

Thanks.  I just uploaded clean unchanged versions of the files from before my iptc tinkering and still have the same problem, user field 1 shows as user field 2 and vice versa, user field 3 shows as user field 4 and vice versa.  I hope the next step is not reinstall.... :(

Post a link to your gallery, a test account with upload rights, and enable debug mode.

Seems to be working now.  I replaced a couple of files I know I have changed and updated the database and all is working as it should.
