Hi!

I have a locked cpg gallery at http://album.tjelle.info (use test/Test123) and i am trying to find out how to make the url links work properly.

As of today the URL in fileproperties info shows me this info: http://album.tjelle.info/displayimage.php?pos=-2
but this does not work when linking from other sites..

I have also tried using the address displayed in IE address bar: http://album.tjelle.info/displayimage.php?album=11&pos=0 but this does not work either (user has to login)

But there is one other way to do this and that is to right click the "normal" image and choose properties and copy the Address URL from there: http://album.tjelle.info/albums/1999/Oktober/normal_IMG_2996_resize.JPG or fullsized http://album.tjelle.info/albums/1999/Oktober/IMG_2996_resize.JPG then the user does not need to login to see the picture

Is there a way that the URL in fileproperties info can show this last link info instead of what it is displaying now?

I am not sure if this is the correct place to start this topic, but after searching in this forum and found nothing about this specific case and because i know there is a plugin called sef url (could not get it to work properly) i hope it is ok.. if not, please move it to the proper place..

I did have a testrun on this plugin, but it is not what i want.. so i tried configuring it a little bit on my own..

Instead of using method=dl, i used method=fullsize, and it works,  but i am asking for a little bit of help here configuring a little more:

I would like it to display the link directly without using the text link "Download this file" (i have changed this text so it displays "Copy this shortcut") how can i modify the script to do this? (like the original URL in cpg 1.4.8)

In my gallery this is called "Link" - not "download"

I hope it is ok to write this post here since it's already been refered to the post that deals with this plugin

then try the bbcode plugin... it displays the pics URL below the intermediate image

This plugin does not work for me

The correct link should be something like this for the intermediate picture http://album.tjelle.info/index.php?file=download/picture&pid=2&pr=617479dd62587b8b91ec792c22fb4db8&method=normal

if existing plugins/ mods don't do what you're looking for then why not try to come up with your own code?
