Title: Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

hey!
I'm in trouble... when the user's gallery of my site want to upload a picture they can't at all! when they go to 'upload file' the screen shows this error:

Error
Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files 
so.. if it supose to be an album were they can upload files.. where do i have to create it? is this the meaning of the error or am i wrong?

Please help!!

Users must create at leat one album , ask them to create it , they have Create / order my albums botton on top

be sure that the file size is not to heigth (see config page)

Not related to the error message, as the error message reported above shows even before the user selected a file to upload.

Either do as bmossavari suggested or allow your users to upload to public albums - that's what I do on my personal page: users can upload to their personal galleries, although there is one album inside the public galleries where they can upload to as well, making sure that they at least manage to upload to some album if they fail to do as suggested and create a personal album first that they could upload to.

Yes, but I had the same error with big files and the issue was solved by resizing this file  ???
sorry if it's not related to the problem  :-\
