Title: BLOCKS NOT RECOGNIZED IN ADMINISTRATION PANEL

I uploaded the blocks from the coppermine module into the blocks folder for my website and they are not being recognized in my blocks table in my administration panel.

Can anyone tell me why?  Any help would be appreciated.
