Title: Move "select album" next to "Insert selected files" button in Batch Add Files
Post by: JuanCordova on July 02, 2006, 10:45:37 pm
I only use the "Batch add files" method for adding pictures to my gallery.  My biggest album has 63 pictures.  When I add a picture to that album, I have to remember to select the album first, then scroll all the way down to the bottom, past 63 pics, to check that only the newly uploaded pics' checkboxes are selected then click the "Insert selected files" button.

If I forget to to slect the album, which has happened to me a few times, I have to scroll all the way back up to the drop-down list.

In essence, the interface is asking two questions,

Which files do you want to add to your gallery?

and

Which album do you want to put them in?

Shouldn't they be together and in that order?

It seems to me that it would make more sense to have searchnew.php put both 'controls' together at the bottom of the page.
