By default, Coppermine does not count views by the admin.  It will count views by any other members.  You can create a non-admin user account if you want to check this.

Post a link to your site with a non-admin test user account.

Is this really an install issue?  In other words, is the gallery running already?

I was able to increase the view of the two files while logged in and out. Try using another browser. Disable security software that interferes with cookies.
