Sorry there is no album where you are allowed to upload files

I was trying to upload a image under a member account and I go that error how do I fix this?

Are you trying to upload to another user's gallery or to your own user gallery?

Here's a recently-found bug that might be related: http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=33022.0
Basically, if you have "Public album upload" set to "NO" for your group, you cannot upload even if you have the personal gallery option set to "YES".  Read the thread for more details.

Please post more details including a link to your site and a test user account (non-admin).
