Title: upgrading from 145 to 148

hello,

i replaced all the files, execute the upgrade.php and then got half of the gallery on utf8 other half on strange encoding. i can't use charsetmgr.php because systems doesn't have the iconv function.

solution?
if i export the db thru phpmysqadmin and then use iconv on my box and then get the db back, is it going to be all right?

what to do?
p.s. i didn't replace the themes dir, is it the problem there?

You guys removed windows-1251 from coppermine? I changed it manually from db. Hope this is the last upgrade for this month.
