I contacted my host and they investigate into my problem. It says I've uploaded the images successful but the pics doesn't show up after uploading. Just a broken image. I've set all the settings according to size etc.
Here is their findings:
With debug mode turned on, you can see files may not be uploaded properly due to the following errors with the script:
/include/picmgmt.inc.php
Notice line 205: Undefined index: OS
Warning line 225: unlink(./albums/edit/preview_48415227.jpg) [function.unlink]: No such file or directory
/include/functions.inc.php
Notice line 2648: Undefined variable: i
I recommend you contact CopperMine support with this information as well as the following information for support regarding this. Coppermine is familiar with their script and has most likely dealt with and resolved this issue in the past.

Thanks.. i followed the instructions and with the help of the server techs I got an image into my gallery... but I still receive this error in a scroll box below the image...

I don't think you have any errors...
The debug_info box is just for debugging problems. You can turn it off on the admin config panel.
The notices section shows you "notices", which are not errors. The first notice was removed in the current version (1.4.7), for example. Notices are just that, notices. They might indicate a problem, but they can also be just empty variables that affect nothing.
Since you are running 1.4.2, you are strongly recommended to upgrade to the current version 1.4.7.
