Title: Unable to upload into other albums

I have 3 albums on the gallery that are available to members.

they have no problems uploading, but when it comes to choosing the album, they are unable to choose anyother one apart from their own...

So when they want to enter a competiton, and need to upload into the correct album they cant so they put it into their personal album and then pm through the forums to come and change it... But its a pain and i dont want to do this forever....

I have given permission in album and groups, but that obviously doesnt seem to be the problem...

Where to next....???

Default mode for files 0666

Is this correct reading the troubleshooting it should be 777 or 755

Maybe something went wrong in the installation???

I am having troubles logiging in to the gallery so i cant cut an image to show you what i see...

Turn it back on and the permission section will appear.
Paid support: there is a sub-board named Looking for Freelancers / Paid help (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?board=30.0) where you can request paid support on particular coppermine issues, but there's no guarantee that there will be people who are ready to do so. The coppermine devs usually don't do paid support. Make sure to read the sticky thread "sub-board rules, read first! (http://forum.coppermine-gallery.net/index.php?topic=8170.0)" before requesting paid support.

Albums can be private : No

But i still cant see all the permissions for the albums that you showed previously..

So there is a chance that the coppermine devs would do paid support??

I will read the rules and look at posting for some help :)

"No" means "turned off". Turn it on by setting it to "yes". You failed to read the section of the docs I refered to...
There's no point in doing such basic stuff for you, this is something you have to do and understand on your own. Wasting money for paid support for such a trivial task won't get you anywhere. However, you're free to start a paid support request and find out if someone is willing to make some money for nothing.

I cant change the permissions of my albums....

Post by: Joachim Müller on June 08, 2006, 09:14:56 am: Why wait for someone else? If you a job to get done, you better do it yourself. Upgrading is pretty easy and self-explanatory. Follow the upgrading section in the docs.
