Title: How to allow owners just edit title and descryption.

Hello,

How to allow owners just edit title and descyption? (without change an album or delete ratings, etc.).?
The users from my WWW want to have just such possibilty.
We had some very bad examples in the past.

I know I have to modify EditOnePic.php but I don't know how to do that.

Could somebody help me?

Users already can edit the title and description of files they have uploaded.

Yes, I know it.

Users can edit everything (title, descr., album for photo, rating, etc.)
I'd like to allow JUST edit title and description, the rest should be not allowed.

I would also like to know how to restrict users ability to edit..

specifically their ability to change albums
