This script (http://www.btinternet.com/~kurt.grigg/javascript/inputtidy.html) corrects sloppy form entries, removes any excess space then capitalizes.
This might be useful for the comment box, if not partly. Personally, I don't need capitalized entries, but the double space remover and the space remover at the end is useful.
Maybe this can be implemented.
