Title: Top menu gone!

Whilst trying to get a favicon to show up on Coppermines pages, I must have changed something :-\
Where the top menu should be, I get "{MAIN_MENU}"
Any ideas of what I have changed?
( I have upgraded to latest vers but still the same)

You didnt upgrade properly, your tempalte is still 1.3. Use the versioncheck.php to verify.

Cant run versioncheck, says I do not have permission
Tried in admin mode and not in admin mode.
I thought I had uploaded the new version, has it left some old files?

Yes, themes/classic/template.html needs updating.

Run versioncheck says anycontent.php is old vers. In instructions they said to keep this file, is this ok?
Apart from that menu is back!
