Title: Download Entire Album

I would like to request a feature wherein the user would be able to download a zip of an entire album, rather then having to add each picture to the favorites and then downloading them.

Of course these feature would be able to be turned on/off via the admin panel.

Creating zip files on the server eats huge resources, so this will not work on all server setups. Therefor, such a feature will not go into coppermine's core code, so I'm marking this as "turned down".

I agree with GauGau as the current zip-download of Favorites has the same problems, which I just ran into when I was trying to pick a bunch of photos for printing out.

I'm working on a modified implementation to give me what I want for my personal gallery.  It will most likely be a plugin and I'll share it once it's ready (no timeline promised).  Making it handle albums shouldn't be too difficult but I don't know if I'll have time for that.

You might consider the "Add to Lightbox" plugin for easily adding lots of photos to your Favorites list.
